How to Enrol
1. You will complete the
Enrolment Enquiry form via this link
Enrolment Enquiry.
2. Present the following documents to the school office:
- Students Birth Certificate
- Medicare Card
- Proof of Address for Catchment Area - The only accepted documents include, Contract of Sale, Rates Notice, Lease Agreement or Utilities Bill for example Electricity, Gas or Broadband
All documents must be provided before the enrolment process can be completed for your student.
3. Your final enrolment paperwork will be provided for your completion & return to bring back to your enrolment interview.

Enrolment Interviews are held on a Tuesday and Wednesday at 9.30am-10:30am. Following this interview your student/s will be able to commence on the Monday after. Students should arrive by 8:45am on Monday so they can participate in the school induction program on their first day at Hervey Bay State High School.
