The enrolment process for Hervey Bay State High School is outlined below:
Complete an Expression of Interest to Enrol Form. Forms are also available from our Administration Office upon request.
For students enrolling in Year 7, please submit the Year 7 Expression of Interest to Enrol Form.
Parents return the Expression of Interest to Enrol Form to our Administration Office as soon as possible. Once the form is processed, parents will be given the Application for Student Enrolment Package to complete.
Parents and students must attend an enrolment session / interview which can be booked through the Administration Office. Enrolment interviews are held on Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 9.30am. Please ensure you return the Application for Student Enrolment Package at the time of the enrolment interview.
Academic Programs of Excellence (APEX)
Hervey Bay State High School offers students the opportunity to apply to be in the Academic Program of Excellence (APEX) in Years 7 to 10.
